The rating of banks can be compared to the marks on
a school report. The difference is that the
creditworthiness of the company is given a mark.
Good marks mean high creditworthiness and the
prospect of low interest rates. If the marks are
bad, the opposite can be expected.
As two different rating procedures can be chosen
from, the regulations of Basel II became mandatory
for credit institutions at the beginning of 2007 and
2008 respectively. In other words: There is no way
around this review for any company needing credit
capital.
Ms Moll-Simons (Certified Rating Analyst of the
University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg) will
support you in preparing the required documents and
in your negotiations with the banks. We have access
to the analysis criteria of almost every bank
located in Germany and can thus show you beforehand
how the bank will classify your company. |
